Specialised Solutions
Hurst Green Plastics Ltd can also provide many other specialised storage and dispensing solutions. Working closely with the customers requirements, specific and effective solutions can be found providing the customer with 100% control. Many of the solutions receive the same benefits of the TwinBin® using the KanBan theory.
MultiBin Dispensers

These dispensers are particularly useful for large volume or high usage parts. These bins operate in the same fashion as the TwinBins®, with a slider seperating the in use and reserve chambers. The new FlagBin can be added to these bins also. Typically, 0.75m wide bins are used and users can easily access the parts with the "boot bin" opening. Fabricated using very strong and durable Di-Bond wrapping, the MultiBins can be made in any size to suit your needs.
Rivet Dispensers
Again, for high usage parts, our patented Rivet dispenser can be used. Operators can see exactly which parts they need and a simple turn of the handle releases small quantities of the parts either into the hand or into a container. The hoppers can be provided in any size and by adding a reorder line across the hopper, stores managers can see when to reorder before stocks run out. First In First Out in (FIFO) is obtained.
Tilt Bin Dispensers
We have our own injection moulded Tilt Bin dispenser which is used for longlife parts or parts which do not necessary need to be stored in a KanBan system. The Tilt Bins also interlock with the TwinBins® on our standard racks.
